BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System

A new product that may be of interest to patients who are recovering from surgery has been produced by BEKS Incorporated who has already developed the BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System. The product is called BriteWhite Medical and it makes use of the technology used in the original BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System as well as a healing mechanism.

BriteWhite Teeth Whitening was the first inside-the-mouth professional teeth whitening system that used Blue LED (light emitting diodes). The Blue LED is able to whiten teeth and kill black bacteria that cause periodontal disease. BriteWhite Medical has added Red LED to the Blue LED and the Red LED provides a treatment that boosts healing time after surgery.

LEDs attack discolorations without affecting the pulp or weakening the enamel of the teeth. Both the BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System and the BriteWhite Medical works on the entire front and back teeth with a mouth plate that is inserted into the mouth while treatment is taking place. No other items, such as dams, goggles or retractors, are needed during treatment. All that is used is the activating gel which keeps the teeth hydrated throughout the process.

The results that can be expected from the treatment is a whitening of up to eleven shades, although the standard brightening effect is 4 – 6 shades in a 10 minute treatment. People not suitable for the treatment include women who are pregnant.

The whitening effect will last for up to one year and there is an option to have a boosting treatment within the first six months.

The BrightWhite Teeth Whitening System and the BriteWhite Medical are FDA approved and yet another valuable option to take into consideration when choosing to whiten your teeth professionally in a dentist’s rooms.
